Lobby
Our autism clinic otherwise known of Emerald's Imagination Station, is designed around the old train depots in the Texas heartland. This train focus orientation helps to instigate the creative process in our children.
If you have office personal or administrative assistance they can use our lobby front desk at no extra charge.
Big Boy: Suite 101
Suite 101 is a 9 x 10 square foot office with hinged windows as well as internal lighting.
A perfect space for a speech therapist, specialist in neuro-biofeedback, a licensed clinical psychologist or a social worker specializing on psychological assessments.
Rental Cost:
$ 645.00 dollars per month with a 2 year agreement plus a one time fee of $ 235.00 for administrative occupancy paperwork with the city of Allen and a down deposit of $ 400.00, which is refundable at the end of the rental contract.
Rental cost covers internet service, electricity water, use of the main lobby and break room.
A one year contract agreement costs $675.00 per month all other financial agreements would be the same as listed above.

Suite 102 is a 10 x 10 square foot office with hinged windows as well as internal lighting.

Notice the sleeping boxers. This office belongs to our clinical director, Dr. Grandjean. Dr. Grandjean is a licensed counselor in the state of Texas as well as the executive director for Tracks 4 Kids.
Texas Eagle: Suite 105
This office belongs to Dr. Johnson a licensed Clinical Child Psychiatrist. A true master of his craft, his caring nature and warmth have brought smiles to many family members.
Sunset Limited : Suite 106
Suite 106 is a 10 x 10 square foot office with a large window to allow for natural as well as internal lighting.
The office's location allows for easy access to the lobby, break room, our creativity center as well as our future playground area for children.
